Venezuelan rum is some of the most revered of all rums, granted the protected designation of origin (DOC) in 2003.
We serve ours as a shot, with an orange wedge + cinnamon, or with cola.

1 DIPLOMATICO MANTUANO
25ml, 40% VOL.
Arguably the most famous of Venezuela’s rums - distilling since 1959. A beautiful dark-golden rum, aged up to 8 years, rich, sweet + fruity.
2 SANTA TERESA GRAN RESERVA
25ml, 40% VOL.
A fruity + woody rum, aged in oak for up to 5 years.
3 PAMPERO ANIVERSARIO
25ml, 40% VOL.
A full-bodied + highly fruity rum, with a terrifically smooth, persistent finish. aged in whisky and bourbon barrels up to 6 years.
RUM COCKTAILS

35ml Diplomatico Mantuano, fresh lime juice, guava, cointreau, served over crushed ice.
PINK MOJITO
35ml Santa Teresa Gran Reserva, mint leaves, sugar syrup, fresh lime juice, grapefruit soda, served over crushed ice.
DARK + STORMY
35ml Pampero Aniversario, Fentiman’s ginger beer, fresh lime, fresh ginger + plenty of ice.

Is the Venezuelan name for avocado sauce. The traditional sauce blends avocado with a number of fresh herbs and vegetables. It is the perfect complement for arepas.
